Ann was a teacher for thirty years and has her Master’s Degree in Gifted Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She worked in elementary schools and ended her career at East Middle School coordinating and teaching in the Challenge Program for gifted kids. Currently she does work with Grand Junction Mutual Aide making sack lunches each month and seasonal “goodie bags” for Senior Engagement. She also participates in the Giving Club. She previously served on the board for Redlands Little League and Canyonlands Field Institute.

Ann enjoys hanging out with her husband Rob who also keeps busy and likes to have fun. They travel quite a bit and love learning what the world has to offer. International trips are always inspiring, but their favorite trips are driving/camping trips with their little camper and their two Golden Retrievers, Finn and River. Ann and Rob enjoy a hike almost daily and their time rafting is also a favorite activity! Rob and Ann keep pretty busy with some old downtown properties. They love downtown GJ and are happy to maintain their little piece of it. Ann has three sons and two daughters-in-law! Cole and Amanda, and her youngest son, Kyler live in Grand Junction. Her middle son Reece and his wife Lani live and play in Durango. Ann is stoked to live in beautiful Grand Junction!

Rivers Edge West is a critical non-profit and Ann is honored to help in any way she is capable of. We are nothing without our outdoors and rivers!
