Join us for an annual meeting of all partners and collaborators, active and dormant of the Dolores River Restoration Partnership (DRRP).

Colorado Gives Day Celebration

Help heal rivers in the West and join RiversEdge West for our annual Colorado Gives Day Celebration from 5:30-7:30 pm at The Main St. Gallery in Downtown Grand Junction on December 4th!  Downtown parking is free after 4pm.

Appetizers and drinks will be served.  Eat, drink, give, and bring a friend!  Please RSVP so we can plan for food.

Restoration Event

Restoration Event in Gateway on Friday, November 9, 9am - 3:30pm.
 
Join us to plant native plants in the Dolores River riparian corridor- immediately upstream of the bridge over the Dolores River in Gateway.
 
This is part of a multi-year effort by Dolores River Restoration Partnership to enrich the vegetation community of the site since tamarisk was removed several years ago and a cottonwood gallery has been restored. Any and all volunteers are invited!
 

Dolores River Riparian Planting

Restoration Event in Gateway on Friday, November 9, 9am - 3:30pm. We'll plant native plants in the Dolores River riparian corridor- immediately downstream of the bridge over the Dolores River in Gateway. Riparian Restoration and Tamarisk Beetle Workshop

Join us in Yuma for presentations by professionals working across the southwest. A full day of classroom-style presentations will be followed by a half-day in the field visiting restoration sites on the Lower Colorado River (LCR).
 
Topics covered will include tamarisk beetle introduction, spread, and impacts, invasive species removal and management, endangered species issues, sustainable restoration planning and implementation, and revegetation/native species.

End of Year Giving Fund Drive

As the end of the year approaches, we are embarking on our annual fund drive.  If you care about the health of rivers in the West, the communities that depend on them, the youth that participate in our education programs, or the practitioners that benefit from our workshops and confer

Outreach Lunch

Join us for a free informational lunch to learn more about what we do locally and regionally to restore rivers and engage communities in the cause. This lunch and a short presentation will be held at the Mesa County Central Library, located at 443 N 6th St, Grand Junction, CO 81501 from 12-1pm on October 23rd.
