ADVANCING RIPARIAN RESTORATION IN THE WEST

Despite our name, Tamarisk Coalition’s 12th Annual Conference was not just about tamarisk…

On February 10-12, 2015, over 165 participants convened to learn about the latest advancements; from riparian restoration case studies, success stories, regional riparian management initiatives and challenges of funding, planning, and implementing riparian restoration, to exploring novel tools, techniques, and research.  Through concurrent sessions, workshops, Q&A, and field trips, we learned new information about wildlife and habitat, biological control, biomass removal/use, native plants, streambank bioengineering, and more.  Click here for the press release.

If you missed this year's conference, check our YouTube page!  Copies of both the audio and PowerPoint slides from presentations, as well as pictures of the posters, are available on our YouTube page.
