Presenter Information

Oral Presentations
  • Unless you have requested otherwise, all oral presentations will be 20 minutes in length (15 minutes for your presentation with 5 minutes for questions).
  • Please note that the length of each presentation is subject to change.
  • If you would like to request a specific presentation length other than the default 20 minutes, please email Cara at
  • Your presentation must be uploaded to REW's Conference Dropbox one full session before the session that contains your presentation. The link to the Dropbox account will be emailed mid-January.
  • If you would prefer to wait until the conference to upload your presentation, please have it on a USB/flash drive when you arrive; there will be staff available at the registration desk who can assist you with uploading it in person.
Poster Presentations
  • You may set up your poster on the morning of February 4th in the lounge area of the University Center Ballrooms.
  • The poster session will take place from 5~7pm on the evening of February 4th, but we encourage you to leave your posters up until the end of day two, February 5th.
  • We will have foam boards and easels for you to stand your poster on.
  • Our poster boards can accommodate posters that are 47"x40".
  • Please use the poster templates provided here, or watch this video for important tips.
  • Email a copy (pdf or .jpg) of your poster to Cara at so that it may be shared online.
Registration Policy
All presenters are required to register for the conference by January 4, 2020.
Cancellation Policy
Please do not submit an abstract if you are not confident that you will be able to attend the conference and make the presentation. Cancellations impose a serious burden on the Conference Committee and negatively impact the overall quality of the program.
If your presentation has been accepted into the agenda but extenuating circumstances prevent your attendance, we ask that you attempt to find another individual to make the presentation and notify us of this change as soon as possible.
