Tom is a Grand Junction Colorado Native and a graduate of Grand Junction High School and Mesa State College (CMU). Shortly after graduating from Mesa State with a degree in business management, Tom started working for Alpine Bank as a loan officer and has now been a lender at Alpine for 14 years with 13 of those years working at the Fruita location for Alpine Bank. He received a graduate degree in banking from CU Boulder in 2012 as well. For his career at Alpine, he spent a little time at the Mesa Mall location and the Horizon Drive location learning the teller and new accounts positions before being moved to the downtown location. Tom was downtown for about a year learning the lending side of the bank before he moved to Fruita in 2008 to take an open position at that location.
RiversEdge West is an important organization with a focus on the restoration of our riparian lands and education of the importance of our rivers. He is excited to be a member of their board and to be able to help spread the word on the importance of this organization and its mission.
