Kate grew up in Fort Collins, CO before attending Washburn University in Topeka, KS where she studied Mass Media and played volleyball. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Media and Public Relations with a minor in Business. Most of her professional background includes working with non-profit organizations, as well as working for the City of Fort Collins.
At RiversEdge West, Kate will be the Business and Grants Manager and will assist with many different projects including managing grants, working on events and sponsorships and working with the budget. She is excited to work at an organization that is prioritizing the environment with a goal to create a better place for people to be able to enjoy the outdoors and our rivers now and into the future.
In her free time Kate enjoys being outside with her dogs, trail running, playing disc golf, exploring new breweries and coaching high school volleyball.
